We procrastinate on the important things while beavering away on the easy or less-important urgent bits. We set a goals but can’t seem to keep our promises to ourselves. (New Years Resolutions?)
The effective Coach encourages the Leader in the deepest sense of the verb: celebrating the wins (even the little ones) and providing sincere accountability without judgement to move the Leader forward toward the goals she has defined for herself.
